Evie & Me Cookies LLC cares about our customers and their experience.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact Customer Service at info@evieandmecookies.com, and Evie & Me Cookies LLC, in its sole discretion, will decide whether or not to issue a full or partial refund.  Evie & Me Cookies LLC reserves the right to permit or refuse any refund.  Other restrictions may apply.

If you have any reason to cancel your order, you have 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Because Shopify charges a fee on all orders placed with a credit card, the fee will be passed on to you in the event of cancellation.
